This worked much better than the nighttime product I purchased - I actually felt I could wear this for a pretty long period of time and it did reduce the stress on my foot. I would recommend it to anyone having plantar fasciitis pain. It took a year and a half for my plantar fasciitis to resolve itself though. I injured it on a water slide when my foot struck the bottom of the pool - ouch! Worst pain I have ever encountered - the most important thing is to spend time stretching your foot each morning before you step on it - that is critical to allowing your foot not to retear every morning when you get out of bed. Awful pain!
