The best for trigger thumb

I have had left and right models of this thermoskin wrist/spica brace for about 6 months, and just bought two more. After experimenting with 3 other options on the market I have come to the conclusion that the spica supports my trigger thumbs better than any other similar brace. The Thumb support is larger and longer than most, and the wrap-around velcro closure allows me to adjust the tightness to be just right. The cocked wrist support is also good, but about the same as other similar products. It washes well, but I find it convenient to have a second one on hand while the first air dries. My only complaint is that the three (note the picture only shows one but there are three) long floppy velcro closure straps are made from the side of the velcro that is little hooks. They get caught on EVERYTHING from sweaters to dish towels and each other. Other similar products that I have used address this problem effectively by putting the hook part in a strip on the brace itself and then the non-sticky fuzzy side of the velcro is on the straps. I like these braces so much, however, that I am considering doing the alteration myself.
