The Active Wrap Hot or Cold Knee Wrap comes complete with 2 soft gel-packs. The soft gel-packs can be placed anywhere inside the adjustable compression wrap for pinpoint placement of ice or heat. The thin material covering over the soft gel-packs have a hook and loop material that allows placement of the soft-gel packs to be placed anywhere inside the knee wrap. The stay soft gel-packs mold to your specific body part and do not become rigid like standard ice packs.The combination of the protective sleeve and the adjustable knee compression wrap offer the ultimate hot or cold therapy treatment.

· The ActiveWrap truly wraps my knee entirely. The pad (can either be hot/cold) is super useful and really does make the swelling gone after the basketball game.

· I have to say this product worked out pretty well.
· It has two cold packs in it that velcro in and out - I put mine in the refrigerator instead of the freezer, because I don't want to have to put anything between the brace and me knee.
· I use these pretty much 5 times a week after hard work outs and it significantly reduces any kind of knee troubles I have been having.
· If you are looking for a solution I would try this one out.
