Most orders placed with Med Supports Monday-Friday by 3pm Central Time are shipped the same day.
ALASKA & HAWAII: UPS Ground charge is $19.95. UPS Second Day Air option may be available for $39.95.
CANADA: UPS Ground for shipments to Canada is $19.95. You will be responsible to pay a flat $10.00 brokerage fee upon delivery. You will also be responsible for payment of any duties, taxes and other fees imposed by your Country upon delivery.

A 3 Day Select shipped on a Friday would arrive on Wednesday.
A Next Day Air shipped on a Friday would arrive the following Monday.

You will be given the option of UPS Ground, 3 day, 2nd day, or Next day Air when you place your order. We ship most orders the same day when received Monday-Friday by 3pm Central Time.
